Directing Improvisation

Directing Improv Workshop

Learn how to hone your vision, develop your cast, and create the show of your dreams!

First Week: Creating your vision and your team – covering how to develop a show, who you’ll need on it, and how to run auditions

Second Week: Crafting the show you want – covering how to create exercises and give feedback for actors and tech.

Third Week: Nurturing your show – dealing with problems, working with an organization, when and how to let go.

 

Classes will run once a week for 3 hours for 3 weeks May 11, May 25 and June 1, limit 14 students.

(Prerequisites: At least one level of Narrative Improv/Narrative Intensive through the Hideout, or equivalent narrative improv experience.)
